Should we build a custom theme or customize the one we have?

Will we be able to edit the store ourselves?
Yes. Content lives in sections and blocks in the theme editor, and we hand over notes for anything custom.
Do you work on the live store?
No. We work on an unpublished copy of your theme. You review it on a preview link and publish when you are happy.
Can you redesign a store without losing our SEO?
Yes. We keep URLs, page titles and structured data, and set up redirects where something has to move.
