FAQ and troubleshooting
My badges do not show in the store
- Check that Badges enabled is on in Settings.
- Check that the badge group is published and its Placement matches the page.
- Check that the Trust badges block is in the theme and the theme is saved.
- On product pages, check Show badges for. The product must match the rule.
The floating bar or product labels do not show
Turn on the Floating trust bar or Product labels app embed in Online Store › Themes › Customize › App embeds.
Two labels show on the same product
Labels in different corners both show. When two labels want the same corner, the one with the lower Priority number wins.
A payment icon shows in the wrong country
Open the badge and set Show only in these countries.
My checkout badges look different from the store
Checkout uses Shopify’s components and your checkout branding. See Checkout badges.
Will badges stay in my theme if I uninstall?
No. Badges are theme app blocks and disappear when the app is removed.
