Install and set up

The app’s home page has a short checklist that follows the same three steps as this guide.

1. Install the app

1. Open Trustify on the Shopify App Store and click Install.
2. Approve the permissions. The app opens inside your Shopify admin.

2. Create your first badge group

1. Go to Badge groups and click Create badge group.
2. Choose a block type, for example Icon block or Payment icons, and add your badges.
3. Choose where it shows in Placement, for example Product page.
4. Save. See Badge groups for every option.

3. Add it to your store

In the badge group’s placement settings, click Add to product page (or Add to cart page, Add to homepage). The theme editor opens with the Trust badges block already added. Move it where you want it and click Save in the theme editor.

You can also add the block yourself: in Online Store › Themes › Customize, open the template, click Add block › Apps › Trust badges. Leave Badge ID blank and the block shows the active group for that page.

4. Set your default style

Go to Settings › Default styles and set colors, corner radius, padding, font size and icon size. New badge groups start from these values.
