Experience, world and motion
These settings decide how spatial the store feels. Every advanced feature can be turned off, and the store keeps working as a fast, accessible layout. Find them in Theme settings › Experience, Navigation and World.
Experience
| Setting | Options | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Experience intensity | Minimal, Balanced, Immersive | The overall amount of depth and effects. |
| Spatial mode | 2D, 2.5D, 3D | 2D shows the same content as a calm, conventional layout. 2.5D adds light depth. 3D is the full spatial world. |
| Motion | Off, Subtle, Expressive, Cinematic | How much things move as shoppers scroll and hover. |
| Spatial page transitions | On or off | Products and collections move into place when shoppers open them. Supported browsers only; other browsers open pages normally. |
World
The world is the space behind every page.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Depth | How far objects sit from each other, from 0 to 10. |
| Object density | Airy, Balanced or Dense: how many objects share the view. |
| Camera movement | How much the view follows the pointer, from 0 to 10. |
| Background | Light field, Floor grid, Plain or Deep space. |
| Planet color | Deep space only: the color of the planet on the horizon. |
| Show flight path | Deep space only: a rail of the page’s sections with the distance left to the destination. |
| Destination, Distance to destination | Deep space only: the name and the distance shown on the flight path. |
Navigation
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Navigation style | Spatial and Hybrid keep your main menu in the Shop panel of the floating controls. Classic also shows it as a row of links at the top of every page. |
| Enable command menu | Search and quick actions that open with ⌘K on macOS and Ctrl+K on Windows. |
| Show spatial breadcrumbs | A short trail beside the logo that shows where the shopper is. Not shown on the home page. |
How depth works on a page
Sections such as the World scene, Story space and Product universe place their objects at Near, Middle or Far depth. Near and far objects drift at different speeds as the page scrolls, which gives the page its depth. Product grids on collection and search pages float at three depths in the same way. With Spatial mode: 2D or reduced motion, everything sits flat.
